2.05 Assemblies, Year Assemblies (IF APPLICABLE)
2.15 - 2.30 A short period of time, without written warning, for staff to detain
students, if necessary, to discuss work, behaviour etc. If a student needs
to be detained for longer than this, the parents will be notified by a letter
given to their son/daughter at least the previous day. It is the student’s
responsibility to give the letter to their parents and to bring any return slip to
the detention. If the student is absent, the detention will be re-arranged.
